claim options

In case the received product is damaged/different than what you ordered,you have to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product with Description & pictures. Depending on the issue, we will either refund the amount of damage or will send a replacement as soon as possible.All exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
